Membership of Buell
There are two categories of membership of Buell Hospitality; that for service providers and suppliers referred to as Buell Business Partners, and that for owners, operators, investors and others with a keen interest in the sector. These are referred to as Connect Members. Please visit the separate section of the website – Buell Connect for further information about the new Buell Connect support community and benefits of membership.
Membership Criteria

There are no membership criteria beyond a keen interest in the hotel, hospitality and leisure sectors.
Membership Criteria
Professional Services Companies and Suppliers
Businesses must satisfy the following core requirements:
Be an established and well-respected operator with a reputation for excellence in their given field of expertise
Be recommended by at least two existing Buell Business Partners and pass a vetting meeting with a Buell director
Be financially robust and independent, with a minimum of 3 years’ trading history
Be flexible and responsive in their approach
Share an open and supportive mindset with other members
Prioritise openness and honesty in all dealings with clients
Buell Business Partners – Membership & Subscriptions
Membership for Professional Services Organisations and Suppliers.
The fees outlined below are charged as an Annual Subscription and are for membership in Scotland, or in England, Ireland & Wales. Should a business wish to have membership across the country, then the subscriptions are increased by 50%. Please note, Buell will be launching in England, Ireland & Wales in mid-2025. We currently only offer Business Partner membership in Scotland.

Buell Connect Members – Membership & Subscriptions
Membership for Owners, Operators, Investors and Others with a keen interest in the sector.
Membership of the Buell Connect support community is entirely free for the first 4 months so you may ‘try before you buy’. Thereafter, a monthly subscription of £80 is charged. There is no contract, and Members may join and leave whenever they wish with the giving of 1 month’s notice in writing to enquiries@buellhospitality.com.
