Scott’s experience spans founding two acclaimed Edinburgh restaurants—Norn and Fhior—both recognised for their innovation and excellence, and managing the food operations of seven casual dining sites. His accolades include The Caterer’s Acorn 30 under 30, Scottish Chef of the Year, and leading Fhior to win Scottish Restaurant of the Year, with multiple inclusions in national Top 100 lists.
