We work as a team ensuring that all Clients are given the right exposure for their business. Our Partners and Directors are ably supported by some young talent who are being given the very best training to ensure they can deliver the best experience for our sellers and buyers. The team has sold near 90 businesses since Covid 19 restrictions ended with a combined value of over £70,000,000.
Our team also has a strong Valuation element where we sit on the Panel for all the mainstream lenders providing valuation advice for loan security, tax advice, internal audit, and a multitude of over reasons. We have a strong and wide Client base for valuation advice, and this gives us an excellent exposure to the whole market for Hotels + Leisure in the UK.

A Case Study
The client was the Colonsay Hotel. A 9 bedroom Hotel on the Isle of Colonsay. It is the only hotel on the Island and is an island institution. A very well known establishment that benefits from all of the self catering accommodation the island offers to visitors.
We were asked to sell the business after another agent had been unsuccessfully marketing the business for sale for 12 months prior to our involvement.
We carried out an inspection, advised on a pricing strategy, agreed a marketing budget, including drone photography and video. We carried out the agreed marketing and was able to achieve a sale within 5 months of launching at a price which exceeded our estimate of market value.
We are delighted to have sold the hotel after building it into a thriving business over the last 17 years. We look forward to the new owners building on this success with their own ideas and investment.
