Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) is a global collection of 500+ independently owned luxury hotels across 90+ countries. With an average of 50 rooms, SLH properties offer intimate, high-end experiences, from rainforest retreats to alpine chalets. The brand ensures exclusivity, personalisation, and top-tier hospitality.
The goal was to enhance conversion rates by optimising the direct booking experience from the moment visitors land on the hotel website.
